Adam’s success in front-line sales and sales leadership roles led to a progression into senior leadership positions, including Managing Director, Commercial Director, and CEO, for market-leading organisations generating annual revenues from £10 million to over £150 million. He has a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

In addition to his extensive commercial experience, Adam is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and is qualified at ILM Level 5 in coaching and mentoring and CMI Level 7 in strategic management and leadership.
