THRIVE follows a proven 4-step process, combining structure with personalised support.

Each programme runs over 3–6 months and is delivered by a dedicated Sales Perfect® expert who’s with you every step of the way.

Your Sales Perfect expert takes time to understand your story, current role, strengths, challenges, and goals, both personal and professional.

Together, we set clear, measurable goals and milestones, creating a personal development plan (PDP) aligned to both individual ambitions and business needs.

Coaching & Mentoring

Six 90-minute one-to-one sessions focused on progress, performance, and practical improvements. We review what’s working, tackle challenges, and agree on clear next actions.

Programme Review

We review achievements, celebrate successes, capture lessons learned, and set post-programme goals, ensuring improvements stick and momentum continues.

You’ll also have direct access to your expert throughout the programme – whether it’s to ask advice, test ideas, share progress, or simply get support when you need it.
