Dawn Simpson-Lane is a Chartered FCIPD and accomplished HR Director with over 30 years’ multi-sector experience, advising and guiding senior leadership teams in organisations ranging from owner-managed micros through to complex, multi-site global companies employing up to 6,000+ people.

As the Founder and Managing Director of a multi-award-winning HR and Business Consultancy, Dawn is known for delivering practical, strategic, and legally compliant solutions that help organisations build strong cultures, unlock performance, and grow with confidence.

Her career has been shaped by an unwavering belief that HR should add tangible value and drive business performance. Dawn’s expertise covers the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, with her current focus centred on strategic people planning, organisational design, culture, and leadership alignment. Dawn provides the strategic direction, governance, and high-level guidance that ensures every aspect of HR activity supports the wider business strategy.
